Casa Rosa is a charming, comfortable, traditional Italian farmhouse, ideal for one family of four to five, or two couples looking for a fabulous self-catering break in a truly peaceful but not isolated location. And only 25 minutes from the Blue Flag beaches at Fano.
The furniture is a mixture of country antique and modern. There are two good sized bedrooms and a beautiful modern shower room with bidet, sink and toilet. One bedroom has a huge four poster double bed and the other has two single beds. We have recently added a superior quality folding bed available, enabling Casa Rosa to accommodate 4 / 5 persons.

There is a very pleasant and comfortable lounge with French doors opening on to the veranda and from where there are fantastic views. In this lounge there is a high quality DVD, CD, FM radio and tape stereo system, also a VCR player with an extensive Movie Library which includes 200+ great films.
The veranda is in effect an extension of the lounge, being furnished with high quality outdoor metal furniture, including a baker's dresser. It is here where you will undoubtedly enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner (with a glass or two of wine) admiring the stupendous views of the valley below (the mountains in the near distance 5 - 7,000 ft) and of course the beautiful kidney shaped 10m x 5m swimming pool which is for your exclusive use.
The pool has plenty of sunbeds/furniture and a covered gazebo for shade. There is an outdoor spring water shower located near the pool if you need to cool off and another one situated in a secluded part of the garden for 'al fresco' showering.
The large farmhouse kitchen is very well equipped with combination oven/microwave and grill, 4 burner hob, two fridges, washing machine, dishwasher, two vacuum cleaners, kettle, iron, coffee percolator, toaster etc. There is also a wood burning stove for winter use.
Bathroom towels are provided, also towels for sunbed and pool use. Bedroom and kitchen linen is also supplied.
There is a new stone barbecue, near the patio, with a circular stone island worktop/table next to it for food preparation and somewhere to 'rest' your glass of wine (you have to spoil the chef somehow!)

Casa Rosa has a wood burning stove in the kitchen, a gas fire in the lounge and heaters in all other rooms. Open a bottle of wine and relax whilst watching a movie from our extensive movie library (200+ movies).
