"This property is located in a stunning setting and is extremely peaceful - the photos really do not do it justice.The veranda is perfect for meals and for chilling out while watching the sunset. The house itself is cosy, comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The owners are very friendly, helpful and willing to provide any information needed. Although we only stayed for a week, we found the locals extremely patient with our limited Italian.
We had a lovely week, and would whole-heartedly recommend this property"

"This is a beautiful, tranquil retreat. The thought and care invested by the owners in ensuring that our stay was perfect was incredible. Our family ranged in age from 22 to 7 and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house is very comfortable, well equipped, clean and scrupulously maintained. It is excellently situated and you can choose to be as busy as you please (breathtaking drives and fascinating places to vist within easy reach - Urbino, Gubbio, Fano, Rimini - or simply relax and enjoy all the many delights of the local area. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and indeed have already done so!"

1st Impressions: How lucky were we to chance upon Casa Rosa. Suits our need to 'chill out' perfectly. Absolute peace and quiet, exceptionally pretty outlook in any direction. We thank both of you for such a lovely place.
2nd Impressions: How right were our first impressions!!! And our dealings with yourself have been so easy. You don't realise what a barrier a foreign language can be until you try to live day to day overseas. We will definitely tell our friends to make a detour to this part of the world to enjoy your lovely Casa Rosa.

"We thought we were spoilt scenery wise, living in Snowdonia, but we don't have fireflies nor a frog chorus. The valley is breathtaking, lovely house and pool. Have travelled to many Vintage Travel holiday homes over the past 12 years and this seems the best equipped by far."

Our daughter, Emily, loved the pool and is now happy to paddle around on her own with armbands. We had just the escape from reality we needed and very much hope to return some time in the next few years."

"The villa was lovely and the setting beautiful, had a few evenings just sitting with a glass of wine watching the sun going down. The pool was great, Clara who is 3, spent hours every day in it, even when it was pretty cool some days. Something must have clicked with her one day and she threw off the floatation ring and started swimming on her own, which was fantastic. Gabriella loved the pool too. We spent most of the time around the villa. The people in the shops at Isola di Fano were really nice and friendly to us, they loved the girls."
